In This Tutorials first of all go to 'Run Command' Type ' Regedit ' and then Enter, When a new window will open, expand ' HKEY_CURRENT_USER ' and then expand another folder ' Control Panel ' after expanding, click on the ' Desktop ' and see on the Center of window and Find 'Menu show delay ' and Double Click to open a file and Change it's value to '0', after Changing it's value Restart Your System and Then Check your Computer icons.
