First of all you should have a Facebook Account , Log in into Your Account and Search Notes after facebook's URL as like as WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/NOTES  when you search this URL facebook will be show a new window about Notes as like as in the Image below...

If you want to Write a new Note in Facebook Click On Write a Note, after Clicking on it Facebook will be redirected you to another Note's Window as like as , See in the Image...

Now here you can Write your New article or Note about Something which you want. Now if you want to Publish the  Note which you have Created, Click on the Publish button your Note will be Published in the public and You will be see your Note in your Notes window of facebook,  If You want to how to save this Note in My Drafts or if you want to decline this Note how? For Saving in Draft click on Save Draft and For Decline Click on Discard ,See Example in the Image...
